Boxing Fitness LADIES ONLY

A range of exercises to help improve your overall fitness levels – e.g. bodyweight exercises such as push ups, sit ups, burpees, planks; plus boxing conditioning workouts to help build stamina and strength and improve your overall cardiovascular fitness.
