OUR ADULT CLASSES

While we are first & foremost a boxing gym. we do offer other classes and options. To find out more, please see below & click the class descriptions for more details.

You can book all classes via the ‘book a class’ button or via our app. we recommend pre-booking so you don’t miss out on a slot.

Boxing HIIT/Fitness

  • A high-paced Boxing conditioning class. You should expect, skipping, shadow boxing, bag work, floor work and individuality based on your instructor.

  • Boxing HIIT classes are 45 minutes in the week, 1 hour at weekends.

Boxing Development

  • These classes are for anyone from beginner to intermediate. Based around developing your technique as a boxer. slower pace than our conditioning class, you should expect shadow, partner drills & other fun methods for you to get the most out of your training.

  • Development classes are 45 minutes - 1 hour (time/day dependent)

Sparring

  • This class is for participants who have taken their medical only. Tech, conditioned & open sparring class for intermediate level. safety of our participants is of the upmost importance to us. Headguards, 14oz gloves & mouthguard must be worn to participate.

  • Sparring classes are 1 hour

Women’s only boxing

  • A mix of boxing, strength & conditioning. Our womens classes are a safe, fun and welcoming environment for women to train behind closed doors. All levels welcome.

  • Our women’s classes are 1 hour long

Kickboxing

  • Good for beginner to intermediate level, our kickboxing class will help you develop the basic & fundamental skills of kickboxing. Including partner work, bag drills & pad work. A great workout!

  • Kickboxing classes are 45 minute lunch classes

Kettlebells

  • Our Kettlebells class is an S&C class solely working with KBs. You will learn a mix of isolated, compound and explosive movements with a strong focus on form.

  • KB classes are 45 minutes
